What do you mean, you thought I was DEAD?

Hey people- Long time no update. I have news. Life changing news. Life altering, ground-shaking, knee-trembling, ball-busti...

OK, It's not huge, but yeah, I'm on my way towards becoming a homeowner. Say that word and pause before the last syllable. hehe, I know.

OK, so let's recap really really quickly.

My female roommate invited the "love of her life" to move into her townhome (I wasn't asked my opinion), and all of a sudden, three's a crowd. I'll spare you the majority of the details, save for the fact that they were together when I left in the morning, and they were straddling each other when I arrived back at night. In the living room. Third wheel syndrome kicked in, and I just became too uncomfortable to stay any longer. As of the first of April, I moved out. I'm currently staying with a friend of mine from work, who, along with his wife, have very graciously provided me with their spare bedroom until I locate a new place. Which brings me to this:

I bought a condo. In the burbs.

Oy Vei.

It's a sweet place, actually, but yeah- wow, I bought a place. I'll be signing all of the final papers and getting the keys on the 17th. To be honest, I'm pretty psyched about the whole thing. I spent a good month with my real estate agent / old college friend Pete searching these areas, and after a ton of late night tours, we came across this place. It's top notch. I'll be sure to post pictures when I get going in there, but suffice to say, I'll be enjoying a very comfortable, very quiet home for the next few years. Whoohoo!

My job is still stable, if not a bit slow lately. I'm getting bored with my slowish work schedule, but I'm crossing my fingers that that turns around soon.

One more thing- Does anyone happen to have their iTunes or mp3 collection set up to play on their home stereo? If so, let me know how. I'm curious about how I'm going to be setting up, and if it means using my old G4 as a media hub, I will.

Oh, and I'm almost skinny~ish again. Been running about 13 miles a week, and yeah, the no-smoking ban is still in strong effect.
